The demolition work started 27.10.2010!!!! Since then the restaurants “Hubertus” with its ski-hire, the hotel “Brockenblick” and its kiosk, the “Alte Torfhaus” and the house “Wesermarsch” have all been bulldozed to the ground. The demolition work will be finished in the spring of 2011 with the rest of the house “Wesermarsch” being demolished. What then follows is the preparative work on the infrastructure. A commencement of construction has until now not taken place. East of the B4 is the “Berggasthof” with its ski snowboard hire and next to this is the restaurant “KnusperHäuschen”.The start of construction work is planned for the spring of 2012. Large banners indicate the intentions. These can be found on the safety barriers along the road. (Effective: 26.11.2011)
